Sanima GIC Insurance Supports Three Pokhara Schools with Educational and Sports Materials

Kathmandu — As part of its corporate social responsibility, Sanima GIC Insurance Limited has provided educational and sports materials to three schools in Pokhara Metropolitan City, Gandaki Province.
On Ashar 23 (July 7), the company handed over 15 sets of steel desks and benches worth Rs 135,000 to Saraswati Adharabhut School in Dhikalethar, Ward No. 12. The program was attended by Ward Chairperson Santosh Bastola as chief guest, with Nepal Insurance Authority Gandaki Province Chief Shambhu Prasad Mishra as special guest. Other participants included School Management Committee Chair Bal Bahadur Karki, Head Teacher Rudra Bahadur Ranabhat, and local representatives. The event was chaired by Sanima GIC Insurance CEO Sudhuman Prasad Upadhyay and conducted by staff member Anis Ranjit.
On the same day, the company also participated in a similar program, handing over educational materials worth Rs 100,000 to Kudahar Basic School in Ward No. 10, with a focus on students with special abilities. Chief guest Rajesh Gurung, Chair of Ward No. 10, along with special guest Shambhu Prasad Mishra and other school officials, including Chairperson Anita Timilsina and Head Teacher Nanda Kishore Baral, expressed appreciation for the support. The program was again chaired by CEO Upadhyay and conducted by Anis Ranjit.
The third event was held at Chandrajyoti Adharabhut Vidyalaya in Ward No. 32, where Sanima GIC Insurance provided sports equipment worth Rs 100,000. Tirtha Bahadur Suyal, Ward Member of Ward No. 32, served as chief guest, joined by Shambhu Prasad Mishra and representatives including School Management Committee Chair Narayan Prasad Pandey, Head Teacher Dhundiraj Poudel, and Badrinath Poudel, Chair of NIPS Pokhara Chapter.
All three programs were attended by local officials, school representatives, students, and Sanima GIC Insurance staff.
