Neco Insurance Opens Sale of Over 1.1 Million Promoter Shares
Kathmandu — Neco Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of 1,109,769 units of promoter shares, inviting interested promoter shareholders to purchase the shares within a 35-day window.
According to the company, promoter shareholders must submit their applications at the central office located in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu. The sale period begins immediately and is exclusively open to existing promoter shareholders during this timeframe.
The company further stated that if the offered shares are not fully subscribed by promoter shareholders within the given period, they will then be made available to other interested individuals and institutional investors.
