Last Day to Secure Dividend from Prabhu Insurance

Kathmandu – Today marks the final opportunity for investors to secure the proposed dividend from Prabhu Insurance Limited, as the company prepares to close its books on Thursday for dividend distribution.

According to the company, only those shareholders who remain registered with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) by the end of today will be eligible to receive the declared dividend.

Prabhu Insurance has announced a proposal to distribute 18 percent bonus shares and 0.9474 percent cash dividend (including tax) of its paid-up capital. The proposal will be tabled for approval during the company’s 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on Shrawan 23 (August 8) at 11 a.m. at the Prabhu Complex, Tinkune, Kathmandu.
