Nepal Life Concludes ‘Nepal Life Leadership Excellence Award 2025’ with Grandeur
Kathmandu — Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully concluded the ‘Nepal Life Leadership Excellence Award 2025’ with grandeur at a ceremony held at the Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu. The event, which began on 16 Shrawan, brought together 440 top-performing agents from across the country for three days of recognition, celebration, and strategic insight.
The program was inaugurated by Chief Executive Officer Pravin Raman Parajuli, who, alongside National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel, reviewed the company’s achievements and outlined strategic goals for the current fiscal year. The award ceremony honored top agents and agency managers who demonstrated outstanding performance in various categories.
Madan Bhatta from Dhangadhi was once again recognized as the best-performing agent of the year, marking his fourth win of the prestigious title. Bhatta received the highest cash prize of Rs. 251,000. Jung Bahadur Rajbanshi from Birtamod, Jhapa secured second place with a business volume of Rs. 30 million, while Min Bahadur Kuwar of Dhangadhi, who also achieved Rs. 30 million in business, was awarded third place. They received Rs. 135,000 and Rs. 75,000 respectively. The winners were also presented with trophies to mark their achievements.
Over the three days of celebration, participants enjoyed musical performances, dancing, and an entertainment program on the final day featuring popular comedian Sandeep Chhetri. Ganesh Adhikari, a top agent and Chairperson of the Professional Insurance Agents Association, also addressed the event, sharing insights and motivation with fellow agents.
The event concluded with CEO Parajuli extending best wishes for the new fiscal year and unveiling the company’s plans for the year ahead, reaffirming Nepal Life’s commitment to excellence in the insurance sector.
