Suryajyoti Life Insurance Concludes ‘Star Agency Meet 2082’ in Nagarkot

Kathmandu — Suryajyoti Life Insurance Company Limited successfully concluded its two-day flagship event, the ‘Star Agency Meet 2082’, in a grand manner at Hotel Mystic Mountain, Nagarkot. Held from Shrawan 18 to 19 (August 3 to 4), the program honored the company’s top-performing agents from across the country.

The event was organized to recognize and celebrate the remarkable achievements of agents who delivered outstanding business performance during the fiscal year 2081/82. Among the honorees, Kamal Prasad Ghimire of the Butwal Palpa branch stood out by securing the top position for the eighth consecutive year. Gaurav Kumar Shahi of the Nepalgunj branch and Deepak Sapkota of the Banepa branch were also recognized among the best-performing agents.

Speaking at the event, Keshab Bhattarai, Chairman of the Board, emphasized the company’s ongoing commitment to acknowledging and encouraging the excellent efforts of its agents.

Chief Executive Officer Prakash Bikram Khatri shared his strategic vision, highlighting three key pillars for establishing leadership in the life insurance sector: expanding the agent network, providing exceptional service, and building unwavering trust with clients. He also revealed the company’s focus on integrating technology-friendly services, noting that the recently launched mobile app has become a practical tool for both agents and policyholders.

Also, in attendance were Chief Business Officer Farsuram Marasini and members of the company’s senior management, along with high-performing agents and staff from various branches.
