Himalayan Life Insurance Appoints Gopal Ghimire as Independent Director

Kathmandu -Himalayan Life Insurance Limited has appointed Gopal Ghimire as the company’s new independent director.
The decision was made during the 56th meeting of the company’s board of directors, held on Friday afternoon, Kartik 21(November 7). The company stated that the appointment has come into effect from the same date.
Ghimire will serve a four-year term as an independent director, during which he is expected to contribute to strengthening the company’s governance and strategic direction.
