Shikhar Insurance Marks 21st Anniversary, Honors Long-Serving Employees

Kathmandu – Shikhar Insurance Company Limited celebrated its 21st anniversary with a series of programs that recognized employee dedication and contributed to social welfare.

During the anniversary ceremony, the company honored 11 employees who completed 20 years of service, awarding them gold coins in appreciation of their long-term commitment and contribution. Likewise, 30 employees who had completed 10 years of service were recognized with silver coins and certificates.

As part of its nationwide celebration, Shikhar Insurance also organized blood donation programs across various locations, collecting a total of 1,439 units of blood.

The company stated that it remains committed to strengthening its presence through technology-friendly service expansion, customer-focused service delivery, and continued social responsibility.
