The Insurance Business of Life Insurance Companies Getting close to 100 Billion Rupees
Kathmandu: In eight months of the current fiscal year, the life insurance companies business have reached nearly 100 billion Rupees. The companies have success to earn a total of 98 billion 531 million Rupees as total Premium fees by the month of Falgun, 2080 B.S.
Currently operating life insurance companies have earned a total Premium fee of 98 billion 531 million 600 thousand Rupees through more than 100 million insurance policies. Nepal Life Insurance Company has collected the most Premium fees.
During this period, the company has earned a total Premium fee of 26 billion 300 million Rupees. LIC Nepal is in second the company has success to earn a total Premium fee of 11 billion 570 million Rupees until the Falgun months.
National Life Insurance is in third as the company has earned total Premium fee of 11 Billion 530 million Rupees during in the 8 months.
Himalayan Life, which is becoming stronger after the merger is in fourth as the company has earned total insurance premium of 11 billion 180 million Rupees.
Similarly, SuryaJyoti Life has collected 5.70 billion Rupees, Government owned Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company has collected 5.23 billion Rupees, Asian Life has collected 5.15 billion Rupees, Sanima Reliance Life has collected 3.80 billion Rupees, Citizen Life has collected 3.72 billion Rupees, Met Life has collected 3.36 billion Rupees, IME Life has collected 2.82 billion Rupees, Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life has collected 2.71 billion Rupees, Reliable Nepal Life has collected 2.36 billion Rupees and Sun Nepal Life has 2.47 billion Rupees as the total Premium fees has been success to earned in the first period end of the month of Falgun, 2080 B.S.
