Kathmandu : The life insurance companies have success to meet their targeting insurance business in the last month of Falgun 2080 B.S. Insurance companies the current fiscal year (2079/80), have earned at 9 billion 95 million 300 thousand Rupees as Insurance renewal premium fees. According to the data published by the Nepal Insurance Authority, the renewal insurance fee of 14 life insurance companies that are current projection have increased by 10.03 percent compared to month of Falgun, of last fiscal year. In the month of Falgun, of last fiscal year, life insurance companies earned 8 billion 266 million 500 thousand Rupees through renewals premium fee.
During the end of Falgun month, Nepal Life Insurance has collected the highest amount of insurance renewal premium fee of 2 billion 527 million 300 thousand Rupees. Likewise, Life Insurance (Corporation) Nepal is in the second position based on the renewal insurance fee earnings. The company has earned 1 billion 270 million Rupees as insurance renewal fees in the Month of Falgun.
Likewise, Himalayan Life’s renewal insurance fee income has increased by 3.75 percent to 1.07 billion Rupees. Similarly, the insurance renewal premium fee of Nation Life has increased by 10.25 percent to 1 billion 6.8 million Rupees, Asian Life has increased by 44.18 percent to 569.5 million Rupees and SuryJyoti Life has increased insurance renewal premium fee by 6.73 percent to 488.2 million Rupees.
