Citizen Life Concludes Specialized Training to Boost Agent Performance

Kathmandu – Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited conducted a specialized training and motivational session for its agents at the company’s head office in Thapathali yesterday (April 24). The program was organized with the objective of helping agents achieve their club targets by the end of the current fiscal year.
The training session was led by the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, Bhushan Rimal, and Chief Business Officer, Sunil Pokharel. Drawing from their professional experience, they guided the agents through key strategies for meeting sales goals, understanding current insurance market trends, and delivering effective customer service. The session also focused on sharpening policy sales techniques.
In addition to technical training, agents were provided with practical sessions aimed at enhancing soft skills such as leadership, time management, goal setting, and confidence building. The initiative is part of Citizen Life’s broader strategy to develop a motivated and result-oriented workforce.
