NLG Insurance Appoints Auditor for Current Fiscal Year

Kathmandu — NLG Insurance Company Limited has appointed an external auditor for the current fiscal year during its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Jestha 29 (June 12).
The meeting approved the appointment of S. C. Lal Associates as the company’s official auditor.
With this decision, the firm will be responsible for auditing the financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards for the ongoing fiscal year.
