Prabhu Insurance to Distribute 18% Bonus Shares and Cash Dividend

Kathmandu – Prabhu Insurance Limited has announced plans to distribute dividends to its shareholders, pending regulatory and shareholder approval.
According to the decision made at the company’s board of directors meeting held on Ashar 8 (June 22), Prabhu Insurance will distribute 18 percent bonus shares and a 0.9474 percent cash dividend (including tax) based on the current paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend will be implemented after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement from the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
