Machhapuchhre Bank’s Announces Dividend Savings Final date on 24th September 2023

Kathmandu : 24th September 2023, is the last day to secure the dividend of Machhapuchhre Bank. It has decided to stop providing dividend i.e “bookclose” on 25th September for the purposes of meeting and dividend distribution.Permanent shareholders who are transacted in NEPSE can participate in the general meeting and receive dividends on 24th September.

The 25th Annual General Meeting of Mchhapuchchhre Bank will be held on 5th of October on Pokhara. The bank’s assembly will pass a special resolution to distribute 13.30 percent bonus shares of the current paid-up capital and 0.70 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from the profits of the last financial year 2022 A.D (2079/80 B.S).

The bank’s meeting will pass the annual report of the board of directors and the auditor’s report for the financial year 2022 A.D (2079/80 B.S). Likewise, the appointment and remuneration of the auditor for the financial year 2023 (2080/81 B.S) will be determined.Likewise, the board of directors will be authorized to perform merger or acquisition related work with other appropriate banks and financial institutions and to amend the bank’s charter and regulations.
