Annual General Meeting of Siddhartha Bank on 21st November

Kathmandu : Siddhartha Bank has proposed a general meeting to approve the dividend. The bank is going to organized it’s 22nd Annual general meeting on 21st of November, 2023 A.D. The meeting of the bank will start from 10 am at Amrapali Banquet.

The assembly shall pass a special resolution authorizing the board of directors to take necessary action in connection with merger or acquisition with any other appropriate bank and financial institution. In the same way, the meeting will also pass the proposals to distribute the cash dividend of 593 Million 188 Thousand 1 hundred and Sixty six rupees at the rate of 4.21% of the current paid-up capital, including tax purposes. It is also going to appoint an auditor through this meeting.

For the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution, the bank is going announce “Book Close” for one day on 7th November. According to this, until 8th November, shareholders should complete their transaction in NEPSE before the participation in the general meeting of the bank.
