Deputy Prime Minister and Home Narayankaji Shrestha has discussed with the relevant agencies to solve the seeming the cooperative sector’s problems risen the cooperatives. In a meeting held at the Ministry of Home Affairs at Singhdarbar on Wednesday, the Home Minister Shrestha has discussion in this issue to solve the problems that have appearing the problems from last two year.

The meeting has decided to manage the necessary manpower for the troubled cooperative management committee through the sub-committee to carry out accounting of movable and immovable assets of the designated cooperative auction etc. and take initiatives to return the deposits of the depositors. Similarly, the meeting also decided to initiate the operation of Savings and Loan Protection Fund.

Similarly, the meeting has decided to establish the regulatory body through the formation order and start the work. According to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda’s instructions, Home Minister Shrestha has taken the initiative to solve the problems seeming the cooperatives sectors.
