Sanima Reliance Life general meeting was completed; What agenda were passed?

Kathmandu: Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Annual General Meeting has been completed. The sixth annual general meeting of the company was held at Amrapali Banquet located at Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Kathmandu.

The assembly of the company has passed the annual report of the board of directors for the financial year 2021/22 A.D. (2077/78 B.S and also the auditor’s report for the financial year 2022-23 A.D (2079/79  B.S of former Sanima Life and Reliance Life. Similarly, the assembly has also passed the agenda for the appointment and remuneration of auditors for the financial year 2079/80 B.S.

The company had not proposed any dividend to its shareholders this year. Because of that, the hands of the shareholders were empty.

In the same way, 6 directors have been elected in the board of directors, 4 people representing the founder group and 2 people representing the general public.

The company had closed the book on 11 Janury 2024 ( 26 Paush, 2080 B.S) for the purposes of the general meeting.
