Asian Life made a claim payment of Rs.256 thousand

Kathmandu : Biratnagar branch of Asian Life Insurance Company Limited has paid a claim of 256 thousand 923 rupees. The branch organized a claim payment program and transferred the amount to the insured’s family.

According to the company, insured Pramesh Sarbaria, son of Pashupati Sarbaria, resident of Duhabi-10, Sunsari, died untimely on 25th of January, 2023 A.D last year at the age of 14 years. The insured had an insurance policy of 223 thousand rupees under Asian Life’s term life insurance plan.

After the death of the insured, the company completed the necessary procedures and (7th of February, 2024 A.D) Biratnagar branch manager Saroj Bhandari handed over a check equal to the said amount to the father of the insured.
