Insurance policy gifted to daughter on her birthday

Kathmandu : Insurance policy was gifted to daughter on her birthday on 9 February, 2024 (26 Magh 2080). Our society, which tends to give too expensive and unnecessary gifts by their relatives on any birthdays, but now it has started to look a bit ambitious, civilized and aware of the future. The practice of giving an insurance policy as a gift for the future is increasing by avoiding unnecessary feasts and wasteful expensive thing on various festivals and celebrations.

An example of this is a couple from Syangja, Putali Bazar, who  has secured future by giving their child an insurance plan to protect their daughter’s future. Milan Subedi and Sushma Subedi, residents of Putli Bazar –3,  Syangja, have gifted a Reliable Sulaw Bal Jeevan Plus insurance policy worth 1 million rupees on the occasion of their daughter Misika Subedi’s birthday. The Subedi couple handed over the insurance policy through the branch head of Reliable Nepal Life, Narayan Adhikari and MDRT–Bhavani Shankar Pokharel.

Couple said that they gave the insurance policy as a gift for saving and protecting their daughter’s bright future and risk bearing for the whole family. The company believes that this type of action will convey a positive message towards insurance in the society. Insurance experts say that giving an insurance policy as a gift is a better option than spending unnecessary money on temporary fun during various festivals and celebrations.
