Pawan Kumar Khadka Officially Assumes CEO Position at IME Life Insurance

Kathmandu – Pawan Kumar Khadka has officially assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at IME Life Insurance Company. The company’s board of directors finalized his appointment during a meeting on November 28.

Khadka, an experienced professional in the Nepali insurance sector, began his tenure after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority on November 27. He previously held key leadership positions, including CEO at Nepal Life and Surya Life, and Deputy CEO at SuryaJyoti Life Insurance post-merger.

The board expressed confidence that his diverse expertise across the insurance, hydropower and cement sectors along with his qualifications in Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACCA) from the UK and a Master’s in Management from Tribhuvan University will drive IME Life toward greater success.
