Neco Insurance Opens Rights Share Sale from Today

Kathmandu – Neco Insurance Limited has officially opened the sale of its rights shares from today ( February 20), offering 25% of its paid-up capital to eligible shareholders.

The rights shares are priced at Rs. 100 per share. The company had closed its book on January 31, meaning only shareholders holding stocks before this date are eligible to apply. The application period will remain open until March 12.
