Himalayan Everest Insurance to Hold AGM on March 11

Kathmandu – Himalayan Everest Insurance has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on March 11, 2025 to approve its dividend proposal and discuss key financial matters. The meeting will take place at Baneshwar Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu.

A major agenda of the meeting includes the approval of an 8.75 percent cash dividend (including tax) from the company’s profit for the fiscal year 2080/81. In addition, the AGM will review the annual financial report, including profit and loss statements and cash flow details. The appointment of an auditor for the financial year 2081/82 and the determination of their remuneration are also on the agenda.

For the purpose of the AGM, the company has closed its book on February 27. Investors who purchased shares until February 26 will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the proposed dividend.
