Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Urges Shareholders to Pay Bonus Share Tax

Kathmandu – Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has requested its shareholders to pay the tax on bonus shares approved during its general meeting on October 9, 2024.

The company had decided to distribute 18.3811 percent bonus shares based on its paid-up capital. To facilitate this distribution, it has levied a 5 percent tax on the bonus shares, which shareholders are required to settle.

Sanima Reliance Life has urged all concerned shareholders to comply with the tax payment to ensure a smooth allocation of the approved bonus shares.
