Reliable Nepal Life Transfers Claim Amount to a Fully Disabled Insured
Kathmandu — Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited has paid a claim under its full disability benefit. Mrs. Khagisara Shrestha, a resident of Ward No. 2, Gurans Rural Municipality in Dailekh District, had purchased an insurance policy under the “Reliable Sulabh Child Life Insurance Plan” in her son’s name. During the policy period, the proposer herself fell from a tree and became fully disabled. In accordance with the insurance agreement, the company completed the claim process and paid a claim amount of NPR 500,000.
The cheque was handed over at the insured’s residence in the presence of Karnali Province Chief Bishnu Prasad Adhikari, Branch Manager Khagendra Malla, Senior Agency Manager Pampha Wali, and Dhana Lama.
According to the company, such claim settlements reaffirm the importance of insurance and its effective role in providing financial security during unforeseen disasters.
