Who was taken loan from near kinship, who was pain touching from own kinship, who was victimize economically and mentally torture and physically absorption.

She was taken loan to take treatment own father in law, who, Not only she bearing to threaten trying open to her secrecy along with capture her assets forcefully. So much creating the problems raising the voice she complain for legal action and who accused now he is bearing the legal action.

Its story are concerning in Lalitpur thecho’s residency change name ‘Suja’s.

She had married in 2004 with love. In 2007 they had gave birth a daughter. After husband fallen in drunker habit among with came her additional responsible to keep her family.

After the birth of daughter she worked two year long in carpet factory. Her husband being a drunker, along with husband he had done second marriage in 2010. Love married Suja’s constraint to come her birthing home. Her own parents 2 half expand area made 3 rooms a house passed in her name from own her parents.

After the one month she was return his loan from withdrawn swabalamban micro finance she took 50 thousand loan, additional collect 5 thousand and back to her loan with interest 55 thousand rupees gave to Surjman. She relief from Surjaman’s loan, But her micro finance loan was added day to day.

She following to treatment father in law. Her tea shop ought to close. She’s hadn’t other income sources. From the micro finance taking loan 50 thousand were reached 70 thousand with interest. To relief from the loan again taken from Surjaman and paid to micro finance. Surjman’s interest rate as tics old 10 thousand per month 1 thousand interest. Per month rate of interest was 70 thousand 7 thousand each month.

Around the 6 year any how unable back to him. She request to help to mother to pay back loan, along with only 70 thousand sum, with interest was under the 5 year reached 5 lakhs. She was unable to pay back her to Surjman. At those time Surjman loan was with interest reached 5 lakhs. Her mother just collect from selling land amount. Her mother gave her money to pay back to Surjman’s loan. She said, contemporary relief at a moment. House’s expense was continue increasing. Still yet husband not abandon his drunker habit. Her husband in 2075 Severely suffering from ill. After ill took in hospital again she beg loan with Surjaman. 5 lakhs sum, and interest was 50 thousand per month. Along Sum and Interest increased annually at 6 lakhs.

Still yet her husband were not leave his drunker habit, Suja’s were pressure from Surjaman back to 1 lakhs interest. Her mission was to reduce the sum, she took loan from Swabalamban micro finance to pay back Surjaman’s loan. She paid Surjaman. Surjman were no reduce sum, he reduced only interest.

She want to relief from Surjaman’s loan. But she didn’t relief from loan.

One day Surjaman came her home and propose her to involve in sexual intercourse, So, his propose was name of reduce interest.

Kinship relation brother from his propos made her aggressive. She was not thinking his selfishness. she did not take reaction immediate. They will not give to satisfy, interest will not reduce saying Surjaman was starts to blackmailing with her.

After two months Surjaman’s with friend at dhapakhel’s came to take me. He took me to meat shop at the dhapakhel and constraintly made me involve sexual activities, Suja, she was raped other name of person Umesh shahi.

After the one week have being such of incident, Name of carrying own vegetable shop he said. After two month Surjman again call to Suja, She denied to go with him.

From the home he took in motorcycle carry her to Umesh shahi’s infront of meat shop’s, she took hair dresser Sailon shop. Surjman taking to drama to cut hair. Suja was seating backside Sailon shop, unidentified person entered and forcefully raped me. There was holding to pivotal outside of door she were raped.

One night Surjaman was using alcohol he came her home. Said her you should go In the ward office  to write bond due to paid 5 lakhs rupee, You should make 55 lakhs bond, otherwise your daughter will not safe gave her threaten. Cause of daugther’s safety she went to ward office. According saying sign in bond. ward Chairman and secretary already beware me not to sign in bond. ‘what kind of constrain bind me, i could not say”. If there was any women’s employee surely i could say about my constraints and creating me problems, she said, ‘for the daughter’s safety don’t bad behave saying so sign in bond,’ she said.

After the written bond Surjman’s at 9 :00 clock phone me. ‘come to house, that 55 lakhs rupee’s written bond will tear’ said me by phone. Surjaman’s Brother dharmalal’s was constructing new house in Thecho Lalitpur. At the place tooked me, he push in dark room. Who is ‘man’s were not seen in dark room, Name of Deepak was hearing !, hearing. There was two person they raped Me.’ she said, But Loan and interest did not discount.’

Surjaman intention not Suja’s physical absorption, His intention was her parents given over the house want to forcefully capture. Bond made him as a an arm. In based of 65 lakhs loan charged over me in written bond 2019 August, Surjman filed case in the Lalitpur district court against me. I was unknown while till to filed case in court , i was known sent from district court’s a letter, At that time make her frightening.

She got notify while case filed time were passed above three months. Name of loan prepared duplicate paper she known. She went to take advice with advocate, Advocate fee fixed 50 thousand rupees. ”after fixed rate of fee of cost to advocacy i was came back no talks with any” I was not capable to paid so much fee, she said. She did not care about court’s process. She did not answer to district court about Surjman’s Blackmailing with her.

After that case Surjaman promise to return court case with making the reconciliation letter. Should be sign said at the morning she was carried Batuk Bhairab Temple in front of Restaurant, there was some one were gathering they urge me stamp in blank paper.

But, those court’s letter had heard. For the Surjman’s among with interest 80 lakhs 82 thousand 2 hundred 27 Rupee paid. Here, Suja’ those of decision also were not known. 2021 Nevember first week, her house and land was fixed by bid, House worth 79 lakhs. Surjmans capture her house and land  in name 5 lakhs loan. Fraud but, legally Land and house had capture through bid

Along with interest 80 lakh 82 thousand 2 hundred 27 rupee paid to worth of 79 lakhs. Due to paid 1 lakhs 82 thousand 2 hundreds 27 rupee from the plaintiff, While she went to sign in ward office in bond was, for 55 lakhs, neighbors question was rases over her prestige and honor.

if any haven’t any relation with Surjman. 55 lakh’s, How she sign was questioned was risen, she said.

For the 5 lakhs i have been raped, Cause of my sorrow my mother were passed away. I could not say all thing from me will being decreased the family’s prestige. One day i was went to die at Chobhar. But, cause of my die who will know my incident. I think if i will fight the case will know all of other to be beware of such kind of being a intensing, She will get justice, culprit will punishment. I think no body don’t know bear such of circumstances and starting to campaign and speak in publics forums.

And though raped cased also will take legal action. According to Initial investigation Surjman will go jail.

Any how at in situation will not stop investigation about meter interest incident, said home minister. ”Impropriate give and take (Meter Interest) are against the law. Meter Interest Investigation commission Act necessary to bring in this situation.
