Pushkar Mahat became an independent director of Shikhar Insurance

Kathmandu : Shikhar Insurance Company has appointed Pushkar Mahat as a director.

Mahat was appointed as an independent director in the meeting of the board of directors of the company held on 4th of February, 2024 A.D. The company said that he was appointed in accordance with Section 47 of the Insurance Act 2079 B.S (2022 A.D).
