Himalayan Everest Insurance has completed Annual General Assembly

Kathmandu : Himalayan Everest Insurance has competed Annual General assembly Meeting which was held on 7 February, where they passed 15 percent dividend. The proposed 15 percent dividend was passed by the company’s general meeting.

Along with this, eligible shareholders will get 6.37 percent bonus and 8.63 percent of paid-up capital as a total of 15 percent dividend.

Expressing happiness that the company has made a profit of 448.5 million rupees and has decided to provide a total of 15 percent dividend to the shareholders, the shareholders have wished for the progressive progress of the company.

Under the chairmanship of Mahendra Krishna Shrestha, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the company informed that the company has made progress and the indicators of the current financial year are also encouraging in the face of various disruptions after the merger.
