National Life Insurance Honors Top Agents at Prestigious Chairpersons’ Club Member Event

Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Limited concluded its second day of grand ‘Chairpersons’ Club Member Honor Ceremony and Training Program’ yesterday at the Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu, celebrating the exceptional achievements of its agents nationwide. The event brought together over 491 agents who surpassed the company’s performance targets for the fiscal year 2080/081.

During the ceremony, agents achieving the set targets were awarded Chairperson Club memberships and certificates of recognition. Top-performing agents from across Nepal were honored with certificates and cash prizes in categories including individual and network businesses, group business, and leadership. The program also recognized outstanding agents from all seven provinces.

The company’s leadership, including Chairperson Prema Rajya Lakshmi Singh, CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri, and Deputy CEO Smriti Raj Kadel, attended the event alongside senior management and board members. Addressing the audience, the company highlighted its dedication to fostering agent growth and sustaining its position as a leading life insurance provider in Nepal.

Adding to the event’s grandeur, attendees enjoyed exclusive accommodations at the Soaltee Hotel and a cultural dance program. A special training session by India’s renowned insurance trainer Amit Sharma further equipped agents with valuable insights to excel in their careers.

The honored agents, who achieved impressive milestones such as generating a first insurance premium of Rs. 3 million in self-code and Rs. 5 million in team-code during the fiscal year, expressed renewed enthusiasm to contribute to the company’s growth.
