Shikhar Insurance Concludes 20th AGM, Approves 10% Bonus Shares

Kathmandu – Shikhar Insurance Company Limited successfully conducted its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at its central office in Thapathali, Kathmandu. The meeting, chaired by Chairman Gaurav Agarwal, approved key financial resolutions, including a 10% bonus share distribution and a 0.5263% cash dividend for tax purposes.

The AGM also endorsed the financial statements and annual report of the previous year, appointed an auditor for the current fiscal year, approved office address changes, and granted necessary authorizations to the board of directors.

Speaking at the event, CEO Dip Prakash Pandey assured shareholders of a double-digit dividend in the upcoming financial year. The company had closed its book on January 12, 2025, limiting AGM participation to shareholders registered until January 11.
