Nepal Insurance Announces 15% Bonus Shares and 0.79% Cash Dividend

Kathmandu – Nepal Insurance Company Limited has announced the distribution of dividends to its shareholders following a recent board meeting.
The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on March 8, decided to distribute 15% bonus shares and a 0.79% cash dividend based on the company’s current paid-up capital.
The decision will be submitted to the Nepal Insurance Authority for approval. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders once it receives approval from the authority and is passed by the company’s annual general meeting.
