Prabhu Insurance Requests Insured to Submit Pending Claim Documents

Kathmandu – Prabhu Insurance Limited has requested insured clients to submit any missing documents related to their claim applications made till the end of the Magh month (mid-February) of the current financial year to facilitate claim payments.

According to the company, some claims remain unpaid due to incomplete documentation and the inability to contact the insured or their representatives. The claims, excluding those related to Covid-19, have been held up due to these issues.

The company has urged the insured to contact the office of Prabhu Insurance or the relevant surveyor within the next 35 days to complete the payment process. The company has stated that the claim files will be closed if the necessary documents are not submitted within the given timeframe.
