IME Life Insurance Receives ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Kathmandu — IME Life Insurance Company Limited has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification, recognizing its adherence to international standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS). The certification, issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining high-quality service and operational excellence.

According to the company, IME Life is one of the few insurance companies in Nepal to secure this certification, which has enhanced customer trust and motivated employees and agents to deliver better services.

Pawan Kumar Khadka, CEO of IME Life, stated that the company is focused on strategic improvements in leadership development, customer service, and relationship management to strengthen its position in Nepal’s life insurance sector. He emphasized the company’s commitment to sustainable growth through procedural enhancements, including digitization and automation.
