United Ajod Insurance Puts Promoter Shares on Sale

Kathmandu — United Ajod Insurance has announced the sale of 256,310 units of promoter shares to the general public.

According to the company, the shares are being offered at three different prices: 149,116 units at Rs 180 per share, 82,592 units at Rs 163.90 per share, and 24,602 units at Rs 163.50 per share.

Interested buyers are required to submit their applications to the company’s head office at CTC Mall, Sundhara, specifying the details of the shares they wish to purchase. The application period will remain open for the next 15 days from today.

United Ajod Insurance has stated that the purchase offer was initially extended to promoter shareholders, and the remaining shares are now available to the general public.
