NEPSE Adjusts Bonus Share Price of Neco Insurance

Kathmandu — The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Neco Insurance Limited following the company’s announcement of a 7 percent bonus share. As per the adjustment, the new reference price has been set at Rs 690.56 per share.

The adjustment was made based on the last traded price of Rs 738.90 on Sunday. NEPSE routinely revises share prices to reflect changes resulting from corporate actions such as bonus shares or rights issues.

Following this adjustment, trading for Neco Insurance shares will resume on Tuesday at the new adjusted price of Rs 690.56.
