Nepal Insurance Authority Gandaki Province to Conduct Life Insurance Agent Examination on Jestha 27

Kathmandu — The Gandaki Province Office of the Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) has announced it will conduct the life insurance agent examination on Jestha 27 (June 10, 2025). According to the official notice, the examination will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

The examination is being conducted in accordance with the Insurance Act 2079, which mandates that individuals must pass the insurance intermediary examination before being granted a license to operate as an agent.

The Gandaki Province Office has clarified that aspiring candidates from across the country are eligible to participate in the exam. Furthermore, candidates must ensure clear visibility on camera throughout the examination, suggesting that the test may be administered through a virtual or digital platform.
