Last Day Secure to Reliable Life Insurance’s Proposed Dividend

Kathmandu — Today is the final day to secure eligibility for Reliable Life Insurance’s proposed dividend ahead of the company’s upcoming eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company will close its shareholder register on Jestha 26 (9th June) for the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM participation. Only shareholders whose names are recorded in the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) system by the end of today will be eligible to attend the meeting and receive the declared benefits.

The company has recommended a total dividend of 12.63 percent of its current paid-up capital of Rs. 4.64 billion. This includes 12 percent bonus shares and 0.63 percent cash dividend (inclusive of tax).

The eighth AGM of Reliable Nepal Life is scheduled to take place at 11 AM at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The meeting will seek approval for the proposed dividend along with other regular agenda items.
