Siddharth Equity Fund’s losses widened in October

Kathmandu: The loss of Siddharth Equity Fund under Siddharth Equity Fund has increased in October compared to August. This scheme, which had a loss of Rs.62.22 million in the middle of August, had a loss of Rs.118.1 million in the middle of October.

In the middle of August, the total expenditure of the fund was 48 lakh 24 thousand rupees, but in the middle of October it increased to 70 lakh 45 thousand rupees. It has been seen in the statement released by the fund that the total income of the fund in the middle of October was negative 111 million rupees.

In addition, the NAV of the fund has also decreased in mid-October compared to mid-August. In the middle of August, the NAV of the fund was 9 rupees 62 paisa, but in the middle of October it decreased to 9 rupees 25 paisa. This fund has invested more than 1.4 billion rupees in listed shares till the end of October.

In the middle of August, the net price per unit of the fund was 9 rupees 62 paisa, while in the middle of October this price was 9 rupees 25 paisa. Till the end of August, the bank term deposit of the scheme is Rs. 90 crore, while till the end of October, the bank term deposit is Rs.70 crore.
