Microfinance has convened the 12th Annual General Meeting. The company has called a meeting on Wednesday 31st of December, 2023 A.D at Bouganvilla Events, Tripureshwar Kathmandu from 11 am. The company has not made any proposal regarding dividend in the meeting.
The assembly of this company will appoint one director to represent the general shareholders in the board of directors. In the meeting, there are agendas such as discussing and passing the annual report of the last year and the profit and loss calculation and cash flow, appointing auditors and fixing the remuneration.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company said that it will perform book close on January 1st. Shareholders who have been transacted in NEPSE till the previous day will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
