Liberty Micro Life’s formal business launch, insurance expert Ghimire’s suggestion to focus on service rather than profit
Kathmandu : Dr. Rabindra Ghimire, an expert in the insurance sector has suggested to make the micro insurance business a service country rather than profit. He gave this suggestion in the program organized by Liberty Micro Life to start business in Pokhara. The company has officially started business from today i.e. 6th of January. The company which received approval to operate business from last October 19th, has formally started business in Pokhara from the Chairman of Nepal Insurance Authority Surya Prasad Silwal.
Inaugurating the program the Chairman of Nepal Insurance Authority Surya Prasad Silwal said that he has approved the small life insurance company to expand micro life insurance to bring all categories of people. Especially under the scope of life insurance. In addition, he emphasized that the company should reach out to the remote districts and underprivileged sections of the general public and increase their trust in the insurance if there is a life insurance claim.
