Mankamana Smart and Samata Gharelu Laghubittia Bittiya Sansthan are about to go in merger

Kathmandu : Mankamana Smart Microfinance and Samata Gharelu Laghubittia Bittiya Sansthan  (Domestic Microfinance) are going to merge. The central office of Mankamana Smart is located in Siddharth Nagar Municipality 5 of Rupandehi whereas the central office of Samata Laghubittia is located in Kavrepalanchok Banepa.

Samata Laghubittia was formed by merger between Samata Laghubittia and Gharelu Laghubittia. Nepal Rastra Bank gave the final approval for the merger to Samata and Garelu Laghubittia on 23rd of March 2021 A.D.

The integrated business of Samata Gharelu Laghubittia (Domestic Micro-finance) has been started on Thursday, 15th of April, 2021 A.D. After the merger, the registered office of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta (Samata Domestic Microfinance) was going be in Banepa Municipality and operate from there.

An agreement was signed between Manakamana Microfinance and Smart Microfinance to get merged on 6th of September, 2016 A.D.With the completion of the merger, the two organizations were merged and the integrated business has been started from 27th of July, 2017A.D.
