Three new directors appointed in Reliable Nepal Life

Kathmandu: Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has appointed three directors. Through the company’s seventh annual general meeting held on 29th Magh, 2080 B.S (12th of February, 2024 A.D), Dr. Bhishma Karki and Divesh Lohani have been selected unanimously.

Both directors will represent the common shareholders group. The meeting of the board of directors held on the same day approved Prakash Bhattrai among the founding shareholders, for the one vacant post of board of directors until the decision from the upcoming general meeting.
