SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Shares Now Available for Sale at Rs. 159 Each

Kathmandu – NIC Asia Bank Limited has announced the sale of 893,825 shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited, at a minimum price of Rs 159 per share. These shares were previously reserved for promoter shareholders, but now they are open for purchase by eligible individuals and organizations. The sale of these shares has been gaining momentum recently.

In addition, NIC Asia Bank is offering 59,060 shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta at Rs 253 per share, and 50,000 shares of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) at Rs 703 per share. While anyone can purchase shares of Surya Jyoti Womi Laghubitta, only banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies are eligible to buy CIT shares.

Interested buyers must submit their confidential sealed bids by office hours from January 9 to January 17, 2025. Bid forms are available at NIC Asia Capital Limited’s Share Registrar office in Thapathali, NIC Asia Bank’s Corporate Office, and various branch offices including Biratnagar, Adarshnagar, Mahendrapul, Shravanpath, Hospital Line, and Birendranagar. Bids can also be submitted at these locations.
