Siddhartha Premier Insurance to Hold AGM on February 27

Kathmandu – Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Thursday, February 27. The meeting will take place at Lisara Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 10:30 AM.

During the AGM, the company will table a proposal to distribute a 30% cash dividend (including tax) from the current paid-up capital. The agenda also includes the approval of the annual report for the previous fiscal year, the appointment of an auditor for the current fiscal year, and the determination of their remuneration.

In addition, the meeting will consider proposals to approve the appointment of an independent director, increase the board meeting allowance, and authorize the board of directors for various activities.

The company has announced a book closure on February 14 for the purposes of the AGM and dividend distribution. Only shareholders holding shares until February 13 will be eligible to attend the meeting and claim the dividend.
