Radha Pokharel Takes Oath as Director of Nepal Insurance Authority
Kathmandu – Radha Pokharel, the newly appointed director of the Nepal Insurance Authority, took the oath of office and secrecy on Sunday. The ceremony was held at the Ministry of Finance, where Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel administered the oath.
Following the oath ceremony, Minister Paudel urged Director Pokharel to introduce new plans to strengthen the insurance sector. He emphasized that no one should face injustice in the insurance sector and stressed that strict measures would be enforced to prevent any malpractice.
Sharad Ojha, Chairman of the Nepal Insurance Authority, was also present at the event.
