Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Announces Sale of Promoter Shares

Kathmandu — Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has announced the sale of 1,574,251 promoter shares, opening the opportunity to a wide range of investors including individuals, institutional investors, and existing promoter shareholders.

The company has made the shares available to the public for purchase through an open offer, allowing anyone interested to participate in the sale. Priority, however, will be given to current promoter shareholders of the company.

Interested buyers are required to submit their applications at the company’s central office located in Naxal, Kathmandu. The application will remain open until Baisakh 13 (April 26), with the offer period spanning 35 days in total.
