Last Day to Secure Nepal Insurance’s Dividend

Kathmandu – Today marks the final day for shareholders of Nepal Insurance Company Limited to secure dividends for the current financial year. The company will close its book on March 20 for the purpose of the 76th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution.

Only shareholders holding shares until today will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend. Nepal Insurance has announced a 15% bonus share and a 0.79% cash dividend (including tax) based on the company’s current paid-up capital.

The AGM is scheduled to take place at Nepal Pragya Pratishthan, Kamaladi, on Tuesday, April 1, starting at 11 a.m., where the dividend proposal will be presented for approval.
